Fabio Carratelli owner/operator was born and raised in Italy where he was a chef in restaurants. He came to the US four years ago and started his online career as @FoodwithFabio where he posts his cooking tutorials on TikTok & Instagram where people can learn how to cook real Italian food. He wanted to share his passion for food with people in real life and started Galileo's Mobile Woodfired Pizza. We serve pizza with quality, fresh, and authentic ingredients. We are where people can learn about Italian food and enjoy a beautiful pizza Napoletana.
